Where The Music's At

There are a total of two entrance to the facility. North and South Gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. The Fast Lane gate is located on the north side adjacent to the box office. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located next to the box office. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.

We allow:

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
• Blankets
• Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
• Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag
• Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle

Drones, outside lawn chairs and the following are not permitted into the venue:

In the event of an emergency while on-site - iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located at the South entry gate, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues.

In the event of a weather emergency - we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow us on social media for the latest developments on event days:

Parking lots will generally open two hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually one hour prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental". Lawn chairs are available for rent in advance or when you arrive at the lawn. Prices vary per show. Subject to availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the amphitheatre (e-cigarettes and vaping included). Guests may smoke on the lawn or in the plazas. If another guest complains about the smoke, we may ask you to refrain from smoking or move to another location. We appreciate your cooperation. 

If you need assistance while at an event please visit our guest services area located in the north plaza or text us at 561-536-3822 with your seat location. 

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our Guest Services booth located in the North Plaza to see if it has been turned in. If the item is not found the night of the show, please call us at 561-795-8883 or email us at iThinkAmpInquiry@LiveNation.com.

We offer overnight RV Camping/Parking here. This includes 50 AMP electric, water, and sewage. Check-in is at 3:00 PM on show day and check-out is 12:00 PM the following day.
